If the tutor has not yet started writing, you just need to resend the new order request, and we will reschedule you and write according to your new request.
If the tutor has already started writing, we will confirm with you according to the current progress, and charge a certain fee for temporary revision; for example, the title needs to be changed, the number of words needs to be increased and other content needs to be revised.
What if I receive an unsatisfactory paper?
If you have any questions or dissatisfaction after the paper is received, we provide unlimited free revisions within 30 days until you are satisfied. The writing tutor will revise one by one based on your feedback.
When do I need to pay?
After submitting your online order request, you will receive a reply from us with the amount due. At this point you need to pay. Customers need to pay a 50% deposit first, and the full payment is required for less than $1000. We accept bank transfer, ATM deposit, credit card, Payme, Alipay and other payment methods.
Are you dissatisfied with the refund mechanism?
